Policy

Please review the following guidelines for a pleasant stay

Check in is at 3pm

Check out is at 11am

We will gladly store your luggage before check in and after check out.

You can arrive anytime between 9am and 5pm.  We can accommodate a late check in, so please inform us of your estimated arrival time. 

Please leave your furry friends at home.  No pets, of any size, are allowed.
All of our rooms are non smoking.  Smoke outside, on lower level only.  
Cooking inside rooms is not permitted.  Visit one of the local restaurants instead.
Only registered hotel guests are allowed on the premises so please inform us of any visitors.
If you are an early bird or night owl, please respect "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
We ask that you do not remove towels from the room, we will gladly give you a beach towel.
Ladies, please do not remove your makeup with towels or linens. 
Hangers are provided for your use while here, not for your room at home.
Each room has its maximum capacity and sneaking in additional guests is not ok. 
A list of incidental charges are on display at our front desk.  We thank you for your cooperation.

To reserve & to cancel

All reservations must be made by providing a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).

At check in, guest must show valid identification (Driver's License or Passport) and credit card for incidentals.

 
 

We do not require deposits for reservations of up to 4 rooms or stays of up to 5 days, but reserve the right to charge clients within these terms:

 

We may place a hold on your credit card for the amount due 3 days prior to your arrival date.  If a hold cannot be placed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.


Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice are not subject to penalty.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice: 25% of entire reservation charged.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice: 50% of entire reservation charged.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: 100% of entire reservation charged.

 

We require a 50% deposit for reservations of five rooms or more or stays longer than five days and reserve the right to charge clients within these terms:

 

If the arrival date is less than one month from the day the reservation is made, the 50% deposit is due immediately and must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard.  This will include a non-refundable "holding" fee, equal to 5% of the entire reservation.


If the arrival date is more than one month from the day the reservation is made, a non-refundable "holding" fee, equal to 7% of the entire reservation, is due immediately and must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  A 50% deposit is due one month prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.

 

If the arrival date is more than four months from the day the reservation is made, a non-refundable "holding" fee, equal to 10% of the entire reservation, is due immediately and must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  A 50% deposit is due one month prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.

 

Date changes and partial cancellations will forfeit the holdng fee.

 

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged the holding fee.

Cancellations made 4-6 days prior to arrival date: 25% of entire reservation charged.

Cancellations made 48-72 hours prior to arrival date: 50% of entire reservation charged.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice: 75% of entire reservation charged.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: 100% of entire reservation charged.
